CBeebies:The Album Review

CBeebies: The Album Review.
We were recently sent CBeebies new album to review which is released on 5th November 2012. Although Jack is only young we both had enjoyment from this CD and enjoyed reviewing it. Jack loves music, and having a little dance. CBeebies is often on in our house, although not always watched it is background music. I also got my cousins child and friends child involved with this review as I played it whilst around those.

The album consists of two disks, with 25 songs on each. The songs are mainly theme tunes from the different shows, however there are different ones on there and tunes from the CBeebies presenters. I've been reviewing this for a little under a week now, playing it in the house and in the car. Within the car it has kept Jack occupied , he can sometimes get bored on long journeys so this gave him something familiar to listen to putting him at ease. Within the house Jack would have a little dance to some of the tunes. When a favourite would come he would look for the television and look for the pictures, such as Mr Bloom. This program is a big favourite of Jacks and loves both the theme and 'Meet the Veggies.' The only thing I do have to say about this is some of the songs are different to what you would normally hear on the television. For example, Rastamouse theme tune lasts roughly 3 miniutes. and has extra parts added in to make it more of a song.

As much as the CBeebies tunes can get on a parents nerves when watching it, the CD somehow doesn't seem to; well maybe if your child wants the same song on repeat it may but there is so much variety. Personally I think the CD is excellent, and a great variety of songs from both shows and the channel itself. I think the CD is perfect for toddlers, pre-schoolers or early school children.

With Christmas coming soon I think this would make a perfect stocking filler for any younger child who loves CBeebies, or recognises the songs. The CD is various prices around so you are best shopping around to get the best deal.

Not very good as he was attempting to get the camera. He also kept looking at the television to see if Mr Bloom was on.

Please Note: This CD was sent to me from Rock and Roll Baby World for the purpose of this review.
