How does your tablecloth get used?

Just before Christmas we were sent an oilcloth tablecloth to review from Wipe Easy Tablecloths.

So who are Wipe Easy Tablecloths?
Wipe Easy Tablecloths are an online store who specialise in stocking oilcloth tablecloths. They are 100% cotton, which is then coated within a special resin giving it the PVC coating. However, they also sell PVC tablecloths, which are non textile, 100% plastic and 100% man made.
'At Wipe Easy Tablecloths, we are a team of enthusiastic and friendly people, with a real passion for fixing you up with the perfect pattern, design and colour.  We are a family-run business dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service and beautiful, high-quality products.'

Each tablecloth is fully wipe able, waterproof as well as being great value. On the website there are a great range of designs in which you can choose from, from something plain to something extravagant - something to suit every dining room, and every occasion.

Ordering a tablecloth from the website is very simple. Firstly you choose the pattern you like from the range, you then choice the shape and length in which you need. Each tablecloth is made to measure and the website has a guide here which shows you how to measure your table and what allowances to make. As each one is made to measure you simply need to allow 2 days for delivery, a sample service is also available if your unsure on colours or designs, which I find a fab service. As various tables are different shapes and sizes these days, I find this a fantastic service as you can guarantee you never know if the one you buy will fit.

I opted for the Bramble Spice Oilcloth, which turned out beautiful! The tablecloth arrived on a large cardboard tube and wrapped within a lot of plastic. This is to prevent them getting creased or damaged in transit.

The tablecloth fitted our table perfectly with a small overhang, which it is meant to have. I like having a tablecloth on the table to protect the table from any scratches, but especially now I have Jack. Having a child can make feeding times very messy, and small damages such as scratches happen easily so its a perfect protection. The tablecloth itself is a lot thicker than what I expected it to be, so I feel it gives a lot more protection than a shop brought one would. I think it is a great addition to our table adding something a little different.

The tablecloth is very easy to clean, we've had various meals chucked over it, including a bolognese sauce, which normally can be a danger, but I got it straight away with no stains whatsoever. We have also used the tablecloth for messy play including painting and drawing. This created lots of mess, but mess that wasn't suited to being cleaned as it happened. So after messy time was complete, I attempted to clean the table with no problems whatsoever. This tablecloth has met upto every challenge we have threw at it, I'm unable to find any faults with it.

Please Note: I was sent a tablecloth for the purpose of this review, however all opinions, photographs and wording are my own and not influenced in any way.
