Joules Clothing Review.

Tuesday, 25 February 2014
I was recently contacted by Joules and asked if Jack and I would like to review some of their range. I of course quickly accepted as Joules is a brand I love and it's not often I get treated these days.

Upon the website is their beautiful new Spring Summer collection and their was such a wide choice, not only for myself but for Jack too. Narrowing the choice down was a little difficult, but I noticed a beautiful tunic.

I find tunics brilliant for dressing either up or down, so always comes in useful. So the tunic I opted for was this beautiful Creme Bird one, I've teamed this mainly with leggings, and its a perfect length.

'This tailored-to-perfection tunic will be a most welcome addition to any woman’s wardrobe. Designed to dress up or dress down, this piece will keep you feeling and looking cool throughout the hottest months of the year.'

This tunic features a v neck with seam detailing and gathers into an empire seam, with an elastic seam at the back with gathering above and below. It is 80cm in length and falls just below the bottom on myself. There is a grown on sleeve feature on this top which provides perfect covering to the shoulders. Its made from 100% viscose and features an invisible zip within the side seam.

The top is very flattering to wear, and fits perfectly. I expected the sizes not to be true, but it seems they are.
I've worn and washed this top multiple times now, and its still maintained its colour and shape. As a mother I find the quality of clothes after washes quite important as parenting is a messy job. So spending on clothes to then find them fade or mis-shape can be confusing - Not the case with this top though.

I will definately be getting lots of use out of this top with its dress up or down feature.

Then of course, we have something for Jack. There are so many beautiful items within the children's section it was such a hard choice. In the end I opted for a lovely zip through sweater.

This is a lovely jacket, and one which is sure to last us a while. Its something which can be worn within the summer months on a cooler day, or the winter months to keep warm.

'This classic hooded sweatshirt is true must-have for any adventurous boy. It’s perfect to turn to when there’s a chill in the air or if he simply requires a little comfort. We’ve included lots of little details to keep it one step ahead'

The jacket features a zipper at the front with a quilted hood. It also features two front pockets - which Jack loves! Its made from 100% polyester and again washes extremely well.

There is such a fantastic range of clothing available upon the Joules website, and the new Spring/Summer collection is lovely.

Disclaimer: I was sent these samples from the Joules range for the purpose of this review, however all opinions and views are completely honest and my own.
