Dentinox and Snufflebabe - Stocking up for poorly babies

I know we are currently in the middle of 'summer' but with our ever changing weather situations our little babies are more likely to become ill. Also, autumn and winter are fast approaching which will see the onset of colds and snuffles. But within the first year of a babies life they can become rather snuffly and uncomfortable and its hard to tell what is wrong with them.

When I was pregnant with Isla, we received a range of Dentinox and Snufflebabe products, and luckily up to yet I haven't had to use them but they are products I'm fond of and some I used with Jack.

Snufflebabe.
Snufflebabe Inhaler Dummy is a clever way to unblock their precious noses. You simply add vapour oil into the chamber and it slowly releases a decongestant vapour below babies nose to help clear it. Such a clever device providing your baby isn't put off by the scent.
Snufflebabe Nasal Spray and Nasal Drops both contain a saline solution to help clear congestion and remove bacteria. The spray is easier to use as its more direct, it has an easy to grip applicator unlike some competitors. Both products are suitable for use from birth.
Snufflebabe Vapour Rub contains essential oils eucalyptus, menthol and thyme which help relieve congestion. With Jack I would rub a small amount on his chest, it can be used from 3 months so good for the older babies.
The Snufflebabe Nasal Aspirator is also handy whilst also being gross as it sucks the mucus from your babies nose to clear their nostrils for instant relief. Babies don't know how to blow their noses, in fact Jack still isn't 100%. It's suitable from birth, so perfect for early sniffles. Its simple to use, as you simply suck the tube to remove the mucus, as disgusting as it sounds the mucus can't actually get into your mouth.

Dentinox
The Dentinox Eye Wipes are soft saline wipes to clean babies eyelids and lashes. Each box contains 12 individually wrapped wipes and are small enough to keep with you in the changing bag. They are perfect for removing stick residue from around the eye if you don't have cotton wool and cooled boiled water to hand.
Dentinox Cradle Cap Shampoo can be used from birth and is a simple but effective treatment to use for cradle cap. You simply use the shampoo as you would any other, I used this product with Jack and it cleared his in around a week.
Dentinox Infant Colic Drops are suitable from birth and contain activated dimeticone to help ease the symptoms which come with colic. Each bottle comes with a syringe for easy application and can be added to a babies bottle if desired. It works as an anti-foaming agent and joins small bubbles of gas in the stomach to form larger bubbles which are easier to burp or expel as wind.
Dentinox Medicine Dispenser is perfect for babies who are reluctant to take medicine from a spoon or syringe but will accept a dummy. You simply place the medicine at the correct dose in the back and close it up and your child sucks and it passes through the orthodontic teat.
Dentinox Teething Gel is a definite must have in your cupboard if you have a teething child. This got us through some awful teething stages with Jack and will definitely be a product I stock up on again when it comes to Isla teething. It perfect as it can be used from birth and applied every 20 minutes offering rapid pain relief.

Overall, I would say the range from Dentinox and Snufflebabe are a must have to help you along your parenting journey with little ones especially when they are ill. They are all well designed and easy to use.

Please Note: We were sent a whole range of Dentinox and Snufflebabe products for this feature free of charge, this does not influence my thoughts and feelings.
