My First Forever Friends Bedtime Lightshow Review

As a child I enjoyed Forever Friends - I had pyjamas, cuddly toys and my best friend at primary school and I shared a Forever Friends necklace. I'm sure many of you also remember Forever Friends or have some memories as the adorable bear has now been around over 25 years. Recently they have joined with Golden Bear Toys creating a brand new range - My First Forever Friends.
My First Forever Friends - Bedtime Lightshow

A few months ago I was invited along to the launch of the My First Forever Friends range but I was busy having a baby, however I was kindly given the opportunity to review the My First Forever Friends Bedtime Lightshow.

When the bear arrived I was surprised he's not changed too much over the years. Some items get a rather big update and end up looking quite a lot different to the original. However this bear still resembles lots from the original bear I remember from my childhood.
The My First Forever Friends Bedtime Lightshow bear is very cuddly and soft. The majority of the bear is soft and cuddly with a small section in the tummy which provides the soothing lights and music. There is also a small photo holder on the foot which is baby-safe allowing you to place an image of your babies favourite face.

Both Isla and Jack enjoy the lightshow aspect this toy gives out. The pattern consists of stars and moons and it reflects onto the walls or ceiling in warm calming colours of red, orange and yellowly gold. The lights themselves don't change too quickly like some similar can, and they aren't bright allowing the child to calm and relax to sleep. There are also two lullabies which you can play alongside the lights and one thing all parent's will be happy about - there is a volume control. The lullabies are Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Brahms Lullaby.

The combination in which this sweet bear provides of the calming lightshow and lullabies creates a relaxing atmosphere for babies and as it's suitable from birth can be great to include in your bedtime routines.

This is the perfect gift for a new baby and has an RRP of £29.99 and is available to purchase from Argos.
