Week Five Weigh In - #WeightLossWednesday

It's hard to believe this is my fifth weigh in, I often feel I've been doing this for a lot longer, I'm not sure if that is good or bad. Anyhow, it's Wednesday so it's time for an update. 

This week I've lost 2.2lbs, and I know I've said this a lot recently but I don't know how. We have a lot of crap happening at the moment and in all seriousness, I've no time for counting foods or anything and a back burner has been taken, so to still loose and take me just over a total loss of 10lbs is rather amazing!

I'm really going to continue to try really hard but unfortunately the crap at home hasn't stopped just yet and I feel my head just isn't in the right place, so currently I'm taking each day and each week as it is. I know this streak with continuing to loose won't &nb sp;last but that is fine, i think?
