Hello everyone! I cannot believe Christmas and New Year just came and flew past. I'm pretty sure many of you possibly made the new years resolution of 'Loose some weight', we always seem to. Of course I made it mine considering I'm still attempting from last year.
So last year started off well, then went all wrong. I'm still not completely with it but attempting again anyway as I'm having meals at a better time I just need to focus on everything else.
So I had my weight watchers subscription last year, but I decided to cancel it. I wasn't using it correctly and certainly wasn't following the plan. It wasn't something that was completely working for me, but I think that is just because I couldn't get my head around it. Who knows.
So this time, I'm going completely alone, just doing the drink more, move more, eat less and eat healthy.
I weighed in end of last week so we will go from there. I'm not sure what I ended up finishing on last year when I was weighing in, but I know I weigh more now. I've almost 5 stone to loose for my ideal weight.
