One wish to have better Skin

When I was in high school, I was the kid everyone hated as I had perfect skin. No spots from raging hormones, no acne in fact nothing that is mostly associated with teenagers and skin problems.

However, since I became pregnant with Jack my hormones must have gone into overload as I have since experienced a lot more spots than I ever had in my teenagers years, and this so resulting in me now having some acne scars. Of course as hospitals are incredibly amazing these days you are now able to get both acne treatment and acne scar treatment however my scars currently aren't bad enough for me to consider any form of treatment. I just have one small scar which is not visible to anyone and simply only I know about it so doesn't worry me too much. However I would certainly consider treatment if I had more visible scars in more prominent places.
'Our celebrated Acne treatments offer you a package of highly effective home care products, including glycolic acid, to tackle excess oil production. This is combined with a course of eight microdermabrasion treatments, to exfoliate the skin and unclog pores using micro-crystals.'

I recently discovered a company called Sk:n who have state-of-the-art clinics and have a range of leading consultant dermatogoist who perform amazing treatments on some people who suffer quite badly with acne and other skin problems. A few years back Ashley had terrible skin from an employment he was in which required him to see a dermatologist frequently, they were amazing!
'At sk:n, we offer a range of dermatological procedures to improve the health and appearance of your skin. These range from scar and mole removal to treatment of warts and verrucas. Many of these use lasers, while others involve minor surgery.'

I am going to look more into the other treatments in which Sk:n provide as I feel it may help some of my friends. I am also going to be keeping an eye on the sk:n blog as it as some wonderful tips about keeping your skin looking healthy and glowing. It even has a small piece on managing your acne for your 'big day' so I feel it may come in useful.

In collabaration with sk:n

  1. I've had acne treatment and it's quite painful and not the most pleasant treatment to go through but does give you more confidence in your face afterwards.

  2. Pregnancy played havoc with my skin too. I know a few people who have had acne treatment, so glad I've never had to!

  3. Lucky you having lovely skin as a teenager - I wish I had been so lucky! Thankfully I have never been bad enough to require treatment.
