The Logo game is one of our favourites to play at Christmas time and it’s a great game to get the whole family involved, so when we were asked if we would like to review ‘The Best of TV & Movies’ from Drumond Park, I knew it would be on the same level and possibly equally enjoyed. I wasn’t wrong.
It really is a simple game to play, simply splitting into two teams or as individuals for 2-6 players. Playing individually each player takes a turn at being quizmaster asking the other players the questions, then moving along to the next player on the left; or if playing on teams, choosing a quizmaster in each team. You then travel along the coloured pathway moving the the next available space in the colour you got correct until reaching the winning zone. Once in the winning zone you are to answer two consecutive questions correctly to win.
We’ve played this on several occasions and each time it has been equally as fun, secretly especially if you’ve previously had the card so know the answer. We’ve played it as individuals and as two teams.
Within the box there are 400 question cards and there really is a question for everyone, even Jack (4) was able to answer some. Mixed throughout the cards are pot luck, theme and picture cards. Some questions require you to hum or sing too which was quite a fun task to watch.
This was a great game in which we all enjoyed, we found the difference in ages, knowledge and interests became an advantage to mix up. It will definitely be one in which comes out on family gatherings and especially added to the Christmas games pile. The game has an RRP of £29.99, and you can find out more information including stockists on the Drumond Park website.
