Meal Planning Monday - 22-01-18

In an attempt to be more organised we have been planning all of our meals and then only buying the items we need. Where possible we have stuck to these meals to save on buying take-aways and other naughties which get in the way. 

As I'm also attempting to loose weight, most of the meals I plan consist around Slimming World. Along with whether I'm at work or not.

So this week we have... 
Monday - Grilled Fish, Actifry Chips with Peas. 
Tuesday - Chicken Milanese with Spaghetti Pomodoro and side salad.
Wednesday - Cottage Pie with a Carrot and Swede Mash topping with Vegetables. 
Thursday - Slow Cooked Chilli Con Carne with Rice.
Friday - Chicken and Mushroom Risotto
Saturday - Pork Stir Fry
Sunday - Lamb Dinner.

So there we have it, thats this weeks meal choices accounted for.
