Paddington visits intu Merry Hill and intu Family Club [#AD]

Wednesday, 20 February 2019
Yesterday, we had a rather exciting trip to our local intu centre in Merry Hill, a rather special bear was there - Paddington.

Now, both Jack and Isla absolutely love Paddington, Isla was telling me all about how she was going to give him a cuddle, he was going to cuddle her and they would eat marmalade sandwiches. She watched him go around all the other children really excited - until it was her turn and she appeared shy and nervous hiding behind me.

Paddington had made a one day only appearance at intu Merry Hill, offering out photo opportunities to all the fans, as well as offering out marmalade. We as a family love Paddington, so it was only right to pay a visit when he was so near.

As well as Paddington being there, another marmalade loving fan was there too, Marmalade the Mammoth, the intu Merry Hill mascot who Jack and Isla are always fond to visit. Marmalade is making appearances throughout the day this half term, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained.

I haven't been to intu Merry Hill since just before Christmas when I was finishing off the last of my shopping, and since then they've made even more changes to make the shopping centre easier to navigate. All changes for the better I am pleased to announce though.

Another big change they have made is introducing the intu Family Club. This February half term (Monday 18th to Friday 22nd), the first 200 people to sign up to intu Family Club receive a Paddington teddy along with the other gifts for you and your children.

The intu Family Club is a great way to make some savings around the centre with exclusive discounts and offers. When you sign up, you'll receive a membership pack, a magaine, a small gift for your child (Isla got a small teddy and Jack got a Playmobil figure) as well as a card amongst other things.
But best of all, membership is absolutely FREE!

Please Note: We received a gift card in exchange for visiting the intu centre and sharing social posts. However all thoughts and opinions are my own.
